Laptops boot to BIOS, key functions tested working - one has some \"hard\" keys in which all keys work but some need harder tap. One has a dead CMOS battery.

Laptops are preowned and will have some typical scratches/scuffs, possible dings. These laptops also have some cosmetic and or other flaws. The flaws may be noticeable but do not make the laptops unusable.

A few have some marks on LCD from the keyboard. One has white spot(s) & small scratch, one has small notable scratch, one has yellow tint.
Multiple have \"shiny\" or worn areas on touchpad, palmrest and/or keys.
Multiple have cracked bezel. A few have cracked outer plastic - 2 at VGA port, 1 at SC Slot, 1 at side vent. One has corner broken off bottom panel.
One\'s power button is slightly sunk in but is functional.

Two include battery which showed as at least \"Good\" health per Dell BIOS at the time of listing; however, batteries are not fully tested and not guaranteed. Eight (8) do not include battery. Power supplies are not included.

SHIPPING

WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other country or territory.
We ship via UPS. If your item is less than $40 and weighs less than 2 lbs. we may choose to ship via United States Postal Service at our discretion.
Items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received.
LOCAL PICKUP:
- If you plan to pick up your item from our warehouse, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready when you arrive.
- Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer\'s location.

Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems.
Buyers\' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue.
Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item.
Item must be returned at buyer\'s expense. ** Unless MCBIA has made a shipping error, return shipping arranged by buyer will not be reimbursed.
Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
- If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
- If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. PLEASE DO NOT file an return for transit damaged items.
