Haven\'t been able to find one exactly like this but have found some similar. I have been told by a collector that this style was somewhat rare and that is probably why.
It was made by Neon products Inc. Lima, OH in the early 1930s. Two original ArtKraft employees started this company and soon bought out their old company (ArtKraft) and developed its own large list of important corporate clients, including Zenith, Dr Pepper, and RCA. Herring Neon signs is actually still in business. Again this is an all working antique clock. There are some cracks in the face and one in the hard protective cover. I\'ve tried to take the best pictures as possible to show you where they are located. Four on the face come out from the middle hole (clock mechanism) and extend out between the 2-3, towards the 5, to the 8, and in between the 10-11. The one on the protective cover extends from the middle to the 1 or the E in batteries. All of these DO NOT effect the working condition or the overall aesthetic of the clock.

We had a question about this being plastic and made in the 30s....Through our research, in our best knowledge it was made some time in the 30s. We could of course be mistaken but plastic was invented in 1907 so yes plastic was in the 30s.
