All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team. Please note we work from Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm so please expect a delay on replies over the weekend. All devices come with a 12-month warranty (unless stated otherwise) that covers all technical malfunctions, including the camera. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, theft or normal wear and tear, including the battery.

Past the 30-day point of purchase, we will do our best to offer a repair or issue a fully functional replacement however this cannot be guaranteed. We will only issue a refund if we have no stock available or the device is deemed unrepairable.When returning the device, it must be in the same condition it was received and be returned with the accessories provided. Please ensure the device is free of any passcode or personal account such as iCloud, by restoring to factory settings.
