This is a cpu, ram, board combo.

Cmos battery appears good but no guarantee on the battery.

Make sure you use this for dell case because you cannot make this work in aftermarket case without proper cables.

If buyer wants to run this board in non dell case, most important is locating the two pin power button to boot up the board. I can show which two pins are the power button.
