purchased these from EATON for my employer about a year and a half ago . I thought the UPS just needed a hot swap on new batteries , it turned out the actual UPS went bad. I ended buying a different system . I couldn't return the batteries to Eaton . please see all pictures and invoice reciept - I prefer local pick up or a meet up as these are extremely heavy !! They were used for approximately 3 months while trying to troubleshoot the problem .
