This SSD is brand new and never opened. It is rated at 12.25 PBW. To put it in perspective the latest Samsung SSD 990 Pro 2 TB only has 1.2 PBW endurance. These Intel SSDs are best used in scenarios that require a large amount of constant writing because they can write at 2080 MB/s constantly without a drop in performance that consumer hard drives suffer from (e.g. Samsung SSD 990 Pro). Since the manufacturer warranty is five years and the pack date was 21 MAY, 2020 it should still be under warranty until 21 MAY, 2025. The connector is U.2 not SATA or SAS.
