Both also have issues installing Windows 10/11 - installing without connecting to the internet using a local account works fine (after installation is complete connecting to the internet is fine) - if connected to the internet during install it will prompt for a company login - we do see this frequently and most of the time we are able to have this corrected, unfortunately in this case we were not. For most home/private use this is not a huge issue, other than remembering not to connect to the internet during install.
AC Adapter (Power Cord) is NOT included.
Only one has a battery - holds a charge, length of charge not guaranteed.
COSMETIC INFORMATION
1: Dents on both front corners, minor screen scuffs and some shine on the keyboard.
2: Damage on the cover - some cracks and missing plastic. The screen has some delamination on the top near the damage. Small dings on the bottom. Actually has 16GB of RAM.
