Warranty Information

All New OEM ThermalPrintheads are backed by a1-Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty.Handling and installation must be performed with extreme care of the delicatecomponents/product precisely following proper installation and maintenanceinstructions provided in the package with the product. If installation andmaintenance instructions are not included contact us immediately so we canpromptly provide the information for proper installation and maintenance of theproduct. This warranty is valid under normal use and maintenance only. If theseinstructions are not followed resulting in damage to the product the warrantyis void and a replacement will not be issued. Printhead wear is part of normaloperation. This warranty does not cover failure due to normal abrasive wear ofthe surface coating over the printing elements and conductors. Any printheadthat fails due to defect within this active warrantyperiod will bereplaced under the New Returns Terms & Conditions.Failure of athermal printhead is defined as the inability, after all reasonable printer settingsadjustments, and after allreasonable attempts through technical support,to obtain legible print quality from a properly specified printerwhileusing approved (and non-defective) thermal and/or thermal transfer media.

General Warranty Provisions

Under any circumstanceswhatsoever we will not be liable to the Purchaser or any other party for lostprofits, diminution of good will or any other special or consequential damageswhatsoever with respect to any claim hereunder.The distributor?s totalliability, if any, to the Purchaser or to the Customer of the Purchaser shallin no event exceed the invoice price of the product claimed defective. Norshall the I be liable for delays in replacement of defective products.Purchaser shall be solely responsible for the selection, use, efficiency andsuitability of thermal printheads purchased.The above warranties are inlieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, oral or written, statutoryor otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness fora particular purpose. No salesperson, representative or agent is authorized tomake any guarantee, warranty, or representation in addition to the foregoingwarranty.
