The buyer Pays for Return shipping.
The item should be returned in the same condition and shouldnot be altered in any way.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and therisk of loss/damage on all return shipments.
The item must be well-packed with the same or similarpackaging as when it arrived at the Buyer’s location.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer remainsresponsible for payment of invoiced shipping charges.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), the item(s) will beinspected by us at which point it will be determined whether a refund orreplacement is deemed appropriate. Seller reserves the right to void the returnauthorization if it is determined during the inspection that the item(s) hasnot been operated, handled, maintained, used properly, or has been modified inany way.
Once the results of the evaluation are complete a decisionwill be made and offered to the Buyer for a full or partial refund,replacement, or item repaired.
Shipping
All orders are mailed to the buyer's -listed address. Ifyou like your order to be shipped at a different address kindly update youraddress with before making a purchase.
If the item is undeliverable to the address listed on thebuyer's shipping address we will charge a shipping and handling fee to thebuyer.
We may use any shipping company other than one indicated inour listing. Mostly we use USPS and FedEx
Shipping Damage Claims
1. Upon receipt of an item, if the damage is noticed on thepackaging, DO NOT SIGN or ACCEPT the shipment unless you specifically made thedelivery person aware of the damage and it is noted in writing on the bill oflading.
2. Examine the contents of the package and determine ifthere is any visible damage.
3. Please contact us immediately to notify us of the damage.
4. DO NOT discard any packaging including box and packingmaterials
5. We will file the claim and notify the Buyer as it isupdated.
