Yes, we offer combined shipping discounts for bulk purchases. Please contact us before placing an order.

Items will be shipped using the method paid for at the time of listing *IF* the item is offered with free shipping.

Any items listed with FREE SHIPPING are subject to our selection of shipping service/method unless otherwise paid for and/or discussed with the customer in advance. Items will generally be delivered by the method specified in the listing, but shipping costs vary from day to day and we do not issue refunds on items that ship free of charge. This means that if our listing offers free shipping, we have the right to determine whether it will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail, First Class, etc.

**Books will be sent by mail. We do not deliver books through any other service unless otherwise agreed upon before purchase.

If an item is purchased from an address outside the lower 48 states, we reserve the right to cancel the order because there is a problem with the buyer\'s address.

Why not free shipping?

Shipping to locations outside the lower 48 states can sometimes cost more than the price of the item depending on the size.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be shipped by the methods stated in our description, as defined in our terms of sale.

RETURN:

Any item you return must be in the same condition in which you received it. We will re-inspect the returned item before processing the final refund.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% to 50% + shipping both ways if the reasons for the return are not to your satisfaction with the item, you later change your mind, or you file a claim that is determined to be fraudulent/false. / dishonest when re-inspecting returned goods. Therefore, please contact us before submitting a return request to avoid any return issues.

Returns will be processed on a case by case basis. If something happens, we strive to resolve each situation as best we can. If you have any questions about the return policy for a specific item, please email us before purchasing. We are an sale house and can receive thousands of items per week. We try to list each item as accurately as possible.
