    • We accept returns on all items that qualify for our 30 Day Warranty. We will pay return shipping for any item that is defective, damaged, or misrepresented in our listing. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded once the return is delivered and inspected.

Opening a case against us whether resolved or not still hurts our quality rating and costs us money with for higher listing fees. Most of our cases turn out to be consumer errors or not fully understanding the description prior to purchase.

      AssetManagement

      • We assign all of our items with unique asset tags that match our inventory system and track what items we ship out with the part number, serial number, and item condition with parts/peripherals.
      • All returns must match the asset tag assigned to the order to be eligible for a full exchange/refund.
