I purchased & the seller sent as described, & in a reasonably timely manner. Shipping box was UNACCEPTABLE w/ NO padding & arrived CRUSHED w/ nothing to reinforce the box. It was easily visible inside that it was a gun which could have caused an issue had USPS thought it a real gun. Item package was not badly damaged, but easily could’ve been. Gun was ok. Decent shipping cost. I don’t recall significant communication from the seller. I would buy from again if proper packing used. Thank you.

It was wrapped up professionally,looked like it was newly opened but was obviously switched out. Good product overall!, (though the app needs Improvement!)
Our 4096 square foot under air two story home has excellent WiFi coverage with this product. The only thing that really bothers me is the lack of features with the provided app versus other similar products. Also the vendor did not disclose that these units were manhandled or tampered with. There are dents on some of the corners and seems are open. Shame Shame! Not to mention that when I brought this up with the vendor they did not respond back to me!? at the very least I would have preferred an additional unit since these are definitely tampered with and manhandled. I would have most likely put it in the garage for better coverage behind the firewall... but of course this option was not offered, not even a response LOL. I’ve been told this unit will keep up with 5G and all the added WiFi technology in our lives nowadays, and will do so for many years to come. It did take me hours to activate, on the phone with their tech support, but I love the app for it and check how many devices are being used Once or twice a day. You can also reboot the system from their app, which hasn’t been needed so far. Our old router was outdated and was slowing us down, time will tell if we made the right choice, but we are back up to speed and hopefully lightening fast when 5G kicks in. Nice Addition to my existing router.
Works great I've got coverage everywhere , I have 2 of them in bridge mode with a Linksys 8300 router supervising with full security features, coverage is extended outside quite a ways as well, setup was a little challenging but not that bad. so far I'm happy and the speeds are worth it.

Hard and cumbersom to set up
If your connecting this as a new router you need internet acecess to set it up. So the old router needs to be left on if its working to set up the new one. Not a good idea. Also has to be done with a smart phone. What if you don't have one???? I borrowed one as I don't have one conected to my face as most people.
