It may be necessary to directly edit UltBB.setup to get the backslashes in the right place. I suggest you use the
trouble ticket system and let Infopop look at your site. Be sure to refer to this thread so they can see what has been going on.
They probably will not respond over the weekend. If you want to take a crack at it, download UltBB.setup in ascii mode, add the backslashes to the indicated paths in a text editor, the upload in ascii mode. Please do not try this unless you are comfortable with this kind of editing. Save an unaltered copy of UltBB.setup as it now stands before you make the change.
Ordinarily, direct editing of variable files is discouraged as everything can be done from the control panel if permissions and paths are correct and known. Yours is a very special case.
