Shipping Information
We offer a combined shipping discount on when multiple items are paid together. Remember to check the mfg. web site for product compatibility when ordering multiple items. ALISE OPERATIONS INC. ships to all 50 States within the U.S. and Global International service handles all oversea destinations. International orders are first shipped to the processing center in KY, USA and then sent to your country. All orders submitted by 7:00 AM (PST) between Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays) will ship out within 72 hours. We do not ship any orders on weekends; all orders submitted on Friday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Important Product Info
ALISE OPERATIONS products are designed for experienced RC enthusiasts. Unless included with the product itself, most of our products do not include instructions. The customer is responsible for any product assembly/disassembly, any set-up and adjustment, and periodic maintenance. All products will require some prep out of the package; some items are partially assembled for packaging purposes only, and may require standard prep before installation and usage, such as shimming for proper alignment, checking tightness of all components and fasteners, installing your own shock oil, anti-seize, thread lock, or grease. Do not just install the item out of the package; check, adjust, and set/reset all new items when taken out of the package.
Return & Warranty
Before initiating a return, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST! Filing a case with PayPal or a “not as described” claim will limit customer options due to ’s internal automations and policies. ALISE OPERATIONS offers a simple 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY for all brand new, unopened/unused items. All returns will receive a full refund for the price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Not all products include installation hardware; due to factory supply delays beyond our control, certain products may appear slightly different from what is originally shown in the product photos. Any alternates will be compatible and will not affect the functionality of the product. Colors shown in product photos are as close to possible to the actual item; color matching between parts is not guaranteed. Parts are for specified usage only. We do not guarantee product compatibility with other aftermarket branded products.
Order Cancellation
Please review the items you are purchasing, quantities placed, and shipping address for accuracy. Orders can be cancelled for a small amount of time using the function in the “Purchase History” section of your account. However, for security and anti-fraud purposes, ONCE AN PURCHASE IS PROCCESING IT CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELLED. If you purchased an item by mistake, you have 30 days to return the items per our 30-day Return Policy. In rare cases, we may run out of an item while your purchase is processing. This could prevent the fulfillment of your item or items, and in these rare cases we will notify the customer for alternate solutions or provide the customer with a full refund for the unshipped items.
