This is a brand new Dell 4-cell 54wh lithium ion replacement battery and cable, compatible with most Dell Inspiron, Vostro, and Latitude laptops (verify your specific model before purchasing). It was ordered to troubleshoot a power issue that ended up not being the battery. It has never been used.
