The battery life is not guaranteed, however, when unplugged, it doesn't die out right away. In Dell's BIOS/ SETUP the condition is sated to be: EXCELLENT. But again, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE BATTEY!

But again, we cannot guarantee it. Will come with a genuine Dell USB-C power adapter. There were some stickers on top and when taken off, it peeled off the paint as well.

Returns:We have a 30 day return policy with the buyer paying the return shipping. Replacements offered when available. Any returns made by a buyer for an item listed as parts/not working (when described correctly in the listing) OR the buyer purchased an incorrect item, will be charged a 50% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded.
