Units will not include a charger cable (MICRO USB) . Units will have varying level of charge upon arrival.
These are listed as FOR PARTS. I don't have any Sim Card to test these with properly. However, I have verified all of these hotspots do power on, enter the menus properly, have good button response and hold a battery charge. They seem to be in perfectly fine working condition, but without SIM Card testing I do not want to say they are 100% functional.
