ITEM DESCRIPTION:
While the labels on drives may have scribbles with sharpie or are a bit worn, the condition of each drive shows as "Good" on CrystalDiskInfo. No more tests have been done. Each hard drive will be packed in an anti-static bag.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
If the item is used/pre-owned, then what is shown in the photos is the actual item. Only what is shown in the photos is included. Please do not assume anything not shown in the photos is included.
If for any reason the item needs to be returned, we expect the item(s) originally shipped returned in total. We document serial numbers on all parts and equipment, and use video surveillance in our shop to capture the content packing process.

R2 STANDARDS
Green Owl Tech follows the standards and guidelines put forth in SERI R2 certification. We make certain every item sold is tested to a FUNCTIONAL quality assurance standard which is listed in the description.
COSMETIC GRADING
"A" Grade - Very light cosmetic damage. Functions as intended by OEM standards.
"B" Grade - Good cosmetic condition but some cosmetic issues such as small scratches or dents. Functions as intended by OEM standards.
"C" Grade - Average or poor cosmetic condition may include many/deep scratches, dents, faded paint, cracks, etc. Functions as intended by OEM standards.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, EST. Phone calls and messages received outside these hours will be answered the following business day. We are closed on all major holidays and will respond the next open business day.
LOST ITEM
In the event of lost items, you must contact your package carrier (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) and initiate the claim process.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, Cash/Zelle (local pickups only), and all major credit cards. Payment is immediately required after winning our sale or ending our listing using the Buy It Now option.

SHIPPING
Orders are ground shipped within 24-72 hours of being received, except on weekends and holidays, unless prior arrangements have been made. We will gladly combine shipping on multiple orders, and we are willing to expedite shipping for a fee or use faster shipping services at your cost. FedEx and UPS are our standard shipping methods.
INTERNATIONAL buyers
We only ship through 's Global Shipping Program. Buyers are responsible for any and all customs charges and Duty Fees.
RETURNS
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back and give you a full refund of the purchase price. Domestic buyers will not have to pay for a return shipping label. International buyers may return items within 30 days of receipt, but will need to purchase their own shipping label. When returning your item the prepaid shipping label will be generated for the primary shipping address. Once your return has been received and accepted, your purchase will be refunded within 2 business days.
Customers are required to return items in their original packaging with all cords, adapters, accessories, and documentation that was included when the product was originally shipped.
