Brand new. Since there is no seal, I took a photo of what is inside for picture purposes. I noticed that there are some listing that does not include the power adapter. I checked the manual (see in my photo) and yes, the power adapter is an option and not included. So I checked the inside and the power adapter is there (see in my photo).I checked the 5 phones and all includes a power adapter.
