Most HDD boards have theunique BIOS(ROM orNVRAM chip) which includes the unique data to access the HDD system area. Ifthe BIOS information is not compatible with your HDD, there is no way to readthe HDD's data. Because of this, you should use theoriginal PCB'sBIOSwhen you swap PCB. BIOS CHIPSWAPPING IS A MUST.
