10 Inch Rack Mount 1.5U for the CalDigit TS4 (Thunderbolt Station 4)
A 1.5U tray that seats a CalDigit TS4 (Thunderbolt Station 4) in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. The dock slides in from the front, through the window, until it touches the rear stop, and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate. No adhesive, no modification to the dock.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: CalDigit TS4 (Thunderbolt Station 4), 141 x 113.4 x 42 mm (W x D x H as mounted) per the maker's published specification. Lies on its side. Not for the OWC or Satechi docks (different sizes); Also fits the CalDigit TS5 (the same 141 x 42 x 113.4 mm case); not the TS5 Plus (155 mm wide).
- Opening 143 x 48 mm over a flush floor: 1 mm of side clearance and 6 mm above the 42 mm body (4.8 mm with its rubber strips fitted).
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1.5U (66.7 mm) tall.
Build
- Single piece.
- Vented rhythm-slot face and an open honeycomb floor.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes. The mounting slots take M6, M5, #10-32 or M4 rack screws.
- Part measures 248 x 110.4 x 66.7 mm. Matte black PETG.
Printed To Order
Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
