This custom‑made 3D‑printed rack mount is engineered to securely hold the NVIDIA DGX Spark server in a standard 10‑inch, 1.5U chassis.

• Material: Premium PETG filament in matte black for excellent durability and chemical resistance.
• Design: Reinforced walls and structural infill provide strong support for heavy AI hardware.
• Compatibility: Built to NVIDIA's published DGX Spark dimensions (150 x 150 x 50.5 mm). The window opens 152 x 53.5 mm over a flush floor.
• How it installs: slide the Spark in from the FRONT, through the window, until it touches the two rear stop posts. It sits about 13 mm (1/2 in) proud of the faceplate by design. The posts are a back-stop - they are not meant to be removed.
• Finish: Minor FDM layer lines are normal for fused‑deposition modeling and do not affect strength.
• Production time: Made to order with a 1–3 business day lead time before shipping.

The mount slides easily into any standard rack, aligning with existing screw holes for quick installation. Its matte black appearance blends seamlessly with data‑center aesthetics while the robust construction safeguards valuable components during transport and operation.
