The rectancle on the rear right side is to pass cables through to make it less likely they get caught on anything else in the rack.
When inserthing the computer the sides will need to flex out a bit in the rear, when the computer is inserted the corners should spring back and hold the computer securely in place.
When removing the computer spread the corners and lift the back so the corners cant latch it in, then you should be able to push on the front of the computer so it moves back.
