If you want to add items from other sales additional shipping costs are only $0. We ship out of Long Beach, California. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, etc. will be charged $0 for U.S. Priority Mail and $0 for additional sales.
