12V/24V Digital Electric Radiator Fan Controller Switch Kit with Adjustable Temp
LED Digital Thermostatic Fan Switch:Digital radiator fan switch kit (Part #0444) designed for automotive and industrial cooling systems. Compatible with both 12V and 24V applications. Easy to install and simple to program, making it suitable for a wide range of vehicles and equipment. The temperature sensor is placed in the radiator fin area to detect airflow temperature passing through the radiator.
Precision Temperature Control & Real-Time Monitoring:
LED digital display shows real-time temperature and preset values within a range of 104–230°F (40–110°C). Features power-off memory to retain settings. Automatically turns the fan on when the preset temperature is reached and shuts it off 5°C below the set point to improve efficiency and reduce power consumption.
Dual Fan Control Capability:
Supports operation of one or two cooling fans with a maximum load capacity of 30A. Includes a 10-second delayed start for the second fan to help prevent circuit overload, improving overall cooling performance and system stability.
User-Friendly Installation:
Comes with clear wiring design and color-coded cables (red/B+, black/B-, yellow/ignition+), allowing for quick and straightforward installation even in tight engine bays. Features extended sensor cable length and oversized wiring to support high current electric fans. A/C override and manual switch wires are integrated into the harness.
