IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT NON-OEM INK

These are compatible NON-OEM ink cartridges. They are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Canon.

Some printers may not immediately recognize compatible NON-OEM cartridges when first installed. This does not necessarily mean that the cartridge is defective.

If your printer does not recognize the cartridge, please try the following:

1. Remove the cartridge and reinstall it securely.
2. Turn the printer completely off.
3. Unplug the printer for several minutes.
4. Reconnect the printer and turn it back on.
5. Remove and reseat the cartridge if necessary.
6. Check the cartridge and printer contacts for dust or debris.
7. Do not touch the electronic contacts or ink nozzles.

If the printer displays an ink-level or compatible-cartridge warning, follow the printer prompts to continue when appropriate.

Printer manufacturers occasionally release firmware updates that may affect the operation of compatible cartridges. When possible, we recommend disabling automatic printer firmware updates when using NON-OEM ink.

Please make sure you are comfortable using compatible ink cartridges before purchasing.
