Shipping & Payment Policy
•All items must be paid in full.
•Payment is required within 7 days after purchase.
•An unpaid item dispute will be filed if payment have not been made within 7 days.
• We will post item to the address of you shown as , please ensure your address is correct.
Items are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received. It will take about 2 to 9 business days to arrive. We do not ship on weekends and Public holidays.
•Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Warranty & Return Policy
•A replacement will be provided for any defective or misrepresented products for the duration of the 1 year. The original shipping label must be sent back to us to validate the return. A full refund can only be issued during the first 30 days upon receipt of the product.
•Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from the date of purchase.
•Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physical damaged by customer.
•In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
•Items sent back without a RMA # will not be processed.
•All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.
