Unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for the right product. This can be obtained from you either from our website or from our customer service representatives. All our items comes with 30 day satisfaction garrenten & full 1 year warranty.
We offer 30-day reimbursement and 1 year manufacturing warranty on all products, warranty period starts from the date of purchase. After 30 days from date of purchase the return can only be replaced by the same article, unless this article is no longer available at this time. Customer requirement will pay the shipping fee. The warranty expires if the product has been mistreated or physically damaged by the customer. We refuse all returns that are outside the warranty. We are not responsible for any kind of compatible problems or problems related to certain software or games
If the goods are defective within the warranty period stated in the sale, please contact us.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the defective unit back. We will replace it with a brand new replacement.
