OM3 is the laser-optimized 50/125 grade the standards rate for 10GBASE-SR out to 300 m.

Every cord in this listing ships with its own factory test card recording measured insertion loss and return loss for that specific cord, tied to it by serial number.
The card shown in the photos (S/N 722886TJ520007) measured, at 850 nm:

Belden's published specification for this part is 0.25 dB maximum insertion loss and 30 dB minimum return loss. The example cord measured well inside both figures.
Your cord arrives with its own card and its own measured values, which will vary slightly from the example above. The published specification is the guaranteed floor; the card tells you exactly what you received.
BEND-INSENSITIVE FIBER
The jacket is printed BELDEN 2X0M3-BIF. BIF is bend-insensitive fiber, which tolerates tighter bends with less added loss than conventional OM3 - worth having in crowded patch panels, AV racks, and anywhere the cord has to turn hard behind equipment. The marking is legible in the jacket photo.
CONNECTOR
Straight talk: SC is the legacy interface. LC displaced it in the data center years ago, so if you are patching current switches and transceivers these are not your cords. Where SC is still what you need is older installed fiber plant, SC-terminated panels nobody is going to re-terminate, industrial and utility gear, and AV equipment - broadcast and video transport hung onto SC long after IT moved on.
A-B cross polarity means transmit lands on receive without flipping anything at the panel. Aqua is the standard OM3 identifier.
