This is a hardware limitation of the console itself and is not a monitor defect. For other models, such as the Xbox Series S, the console’s system supports up to 120Hz. To achieve the 120Hz maximum, you need to manually enable this setting; otherwise, it will default to only 60Hz. Please follow these steps:1. Go to Settings-TV & display options. 2. Change the resolution from 'Auto' to 1080p.
• 3. In the 'Refresh rate' option, select 120Hz. For connection, use an HDMI to Mini HDMI cable to connect the monitor to the game console. At the same time, use a USB A to USB C or Type C to Type C cable, with one end plugged into the monitor’s Type C port and the other end connected to a charger (5V/2A or higher, such as a phone charger), in order to provide independent power to the monitor.
• ② If your computer does not have the above ports: Use an HDMI to Mini HDMI cable to connect the monitor to the PC for video signal transmission, and simultaneously use a USB‑A to USB‑C cable to connect the monitor’s Type‑C port to an independent charger for power.
