Custom BC 250 PC with 1TB Samsung PM9A1 Nvme Gen 4. Please note that the max speed of the BC 250 board is Gen 2.

USB hub is a 4-port extended to the back of the case.

Arctic fan installed. Heat sink was opened up by me to help airflow.

3D printed case in PETG.

Power supply is 500W FSP500-30A

Case measures 12x10x3.5”. Note that the usb hub cable sticks out the back another inch or so.

This is definitely a tinkerers device and will need lots of playing around with settings. The BC 250 community has lots of resources available.

Bazzite was easy to install but you may install CatchyOS or anything else that is compatible.

You’ll have to add a WiFi and Bluetooth dongle that is compatible if you don’t want to use a network cable.
