Have a used RX 5500 XT that I pulled from a working system, has been used for a couple of years and runs fine.
Ran some benchmarks, card might be a bit dusty since its pretty old, I cleaned it a bit, but you may want to repaste it and do a deep clean if you care about temps, other than that, it runs great.
