DIGITAL RELOADS: If you are purchasing a RTR (real time reload) reload, just send us your phone number and we'll the rest for you, THERE IS NO PACKAGE SHIPPED with digital reloads, we usually process reloads within 24 hours however it could take up to 4 business days for reloads to be processed.

PHYSICAL ITEMS: Please select the correct shipping method for your order, Economy shipping can take up to 10 business days and might not include a tracking number (please see description for more details).
