You are purchasing afully serviced and ready-to-use Apple IIe Enhanced computer system— complete with disk drive, tested software, and achoice of a 8" LCD 4:3 display, or HDMI or VGA card to use with your own display. This isnota typical “powers on" or "untested” unit as most others are. This system has been carefully restored, cleaned, and tested.I am an Apple enthusiast and have been working on these computers for years as a hobby. This is designed to be a complete and reliable package to get you started re-living (or introducing yourself) to the Apple II series, and be reliable for years.
Complete System Includes:
- Apple IIe EnhancedComputer (820-0064-B motherboard). This one has been upgraded to the Enhanced utilizing the ReActive Micro kit (includes updated CPU, Video, EF and CD ROMs. The allows you to run later software and access most all of the Apple II series software.
- Disk II Drive + Controller Card
- 80 Column / 64KB Expansion Card
- New 8" LCD Monitor (4:3 aspect ratio) OR HDMI OR VGA CARD- you specify.
- Software Package (tested and working on your system)
- All required cables
Serviced & Tested for Reliability:
- Power supply fully rebuilt
- All electrolytic capacitors replaced
- RIFA capacitor replaced (common failure point eliminated)
- Motherboard cleaned and chip sockets treated with DeoxIT D5. Solder points around monitor port inspected and repaired ifnecessary.
- Keyboard cleaned- including removal of all keycaps for deep cleaning.
- Disk drive re-capped, head cleaned, rails lubricated, and calibrated to 300RPM +/- 1-2RPM. Fully tested with the included software
- System is bench tested for several hours with included software for proper operation.

All software is sourced from public domain archives and written tonew old stock diskettes, each tested on this system.

Monitor Details:
- Brand new 8" LCD monitor with adjustable stand (same model as pictured, but new in box with all cable's, stand, power supply).
- Maintains original4:3 aspect ratiofor proper display. Same picture area as a standard 10" 16:9 monitor would have.
- Includes built-in speakers (requires audio card to utilize)
- Opened only for testing
Note:
Some programs may show slight color variation — this is normal when using modern LCD displays with vintage computers (and can occur on original CRTs as well).
