Apple MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019), Model A2141 / EMC 3347, Space Gray.

SOLD AS-IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. It does not boot.

WHAT IT DOES

  • No display and no boot.
  • It accepts power. On a USB-C power meter it negotiates up to 20V and draws up to about 12W, then drops off and climbs back again in a repeating cycle.
  • When it's connected to another Mac by USB-C, its USB-C port controller shows up, but the T2 chip would not enter DFU mode (tried Apple's Revive procedure from a second Mac, on both left-side ports, before and after clean for its age: light scuffs on the lid and edges (see photos). No dents, no bends, no cracks.
  • Screen glass is intact with no cracks. It can't be tested for pixels or backlight because the laptop doesn't boot.
  • All keys present. Trackpad intact.
  • No known liquid damage.

ACTIVATION LOCK
Not linked to my Apple ID. The laptop was a gift, and because it doesn't boot I can't verify the previous owner's status.

SPECS
Unverified because it doesn't boot. Every 16-inch 2019 MacBook Pro has a 9th-gen Intel Core i7 or i9, at least 16GB of RAM, and an SSD of at least 512GB.

INCLUDED
Laptop only. No charger, no box.

A good candidate for logic board repair, or as a parts donor (display assembly, top case with keyboard and battery, trackpad, speakers, bottom case). The photos show the actual unit. Serial number available to serious buyers on request.
