Used MacBook Pro from 2011 with Linux Mint Cinnamon operating system! 16 GB and 500 SSD***LIGHT UP APPLE LOGO VERSION***I’ve been the only owner of this MacBook. I didn’t use it for years and the original battery swelled up and bent the bottom cover BUT I replaced the battery in the last half of last year and it has a new charger as well. You can see in some of the pictures the cover is a little bent, but it doesn’t affect performance just the visual. Original box included! I replace the HDD with an SSD and add RAM so it’s maxed at 16GB.I installed Linux Mint Cinnamon and it is up to date. It’s a very simple operating system, and comes with a blank new username. There are many videos on YouTube that show you how to use Linux. I include instructions for adding a new username but if you’re a Linux wizard then just discard it 😊! Please let me know if you have any questions!
