Sometimes this motherboard boots up.
Sometimes, the green power LED on the motherboard does not light up.
When the green power LED doesn't light up, the motherboard does not boot up, though the fans do spin.
I thought there might be a short with the cpu retention brackets, and I removed the clips that secure them to the motherboard.
Unfortunately, that did not reliably fix the problem.The picture is the actual item for sale.
