Description

Cablesys, CBS, Category 6a feed-through patch panel is designed for quick field installation. CBS patch panel is fully loaded with 24 Category 6a keystone couplers. CAT 6a couplers have an RJ-45-to-RJ-45 (8-position and 8-contacts) connection on both sides for CAT 6a patch cords to connect. Each coupler in the panel has been factory tested to exceed ANSI/TIA-568 Category 6a performance standards and support 10GBase-T Ethernet network applications. CBS feed thru patch panel eliminates the need to punch down UTP wires similar to the patch panels with rear 110-Type IDCs. The frame of the panel is made of 16 gauge steel that is black powder coated to protect against wear, corrosion, impact and weather. CBS CAT6a feed through patch panel fits on racks or cabinets with 19 inch mounting widths and takes up 1 rack mount space, 1 RMS.The patch panel comes with pre-installed mounting screws (#12-24) for easy mounting.

Also, the panel has a modular design, to help make changes easy. The panel is built with four bezels with six couplers each. The couplers can be removed and interchanged. The bezels, commonly known as a cassette, can also be removed using a flat head screwdriver and interchanged.
