In 1995, Amiga Technologies GmbH was established, with Petro Tyschtschenko as its President. The company resumed production of the Amiga 1200 and reintroduced it to the market with the new Amiga logo.
According to surviving accounts, Petro Tyschtschenko had a business connection in India with a company that had previously been involved in selling Amiga computers. A quantity of originally packaged Amiga 1200 Magic Packs remained unsold there. The computers had been stored for approximately 17 years. Petro recovered this stock and brought it back to Europe.
This is an original Amiga Technologies computer from the 1990s that spent many years in storage in India before being recovered by Petro Tyschtschenko and offered for sale again as part of his sales campaign during 2012–2014.
I purchased this computer from a former owner of a computer store. Since I acquired it, the computer has never been powered on or used.
The computer will be shipped in a new protective cardboard box. The original cardboard box in which the computer was delivered is also available upon request.
Why is the original box not included?
In January 2014, Petro informed customers that the final batch came from the warehouse in India and that:
- the computers had been stored rather than used,
- they were still wrapped in protective film,
- they had not yellowed or been scratched,
- however, the original Magic Pack packaging was no longer suitable for reuse,
- therefore, some of the computers were repacked in plain white cardboard boxes.

I will also include a 40 GB hard drive with Amiga software, ready to be installed in the computer.
The hard drive is an additional item and is not claimed to be the original factory-installed hard drive.
A very interesting piece for an Amiga collector, especially because of its Petro Tyschtschenko signature and its connection to the NOS Amiga Technologies stock recovered from India.
