This is a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live digital I/O daughterboard, model CT4660, a rear-slot expansion bracket that adds extra input and output connectors to a Sound Blaster Live sound card. It only has the daughterboard, not the main board. The bracket carries a set of DIN and RCA jacks along with two additional mini-DIN ports for digital and multi-channel audio connections. It connects to the main sound card via the included gray ribbon cable. The board is marked MODEL: CT4660 and carries a Creative Labs FCC label with serial number T4660 8 3 0011863. Included is the Creative Getting Started guide covering the Sound Blaster Live and Creative Audio Software, plus an anti-static packaging bag. This is a companion daughterboard for the Sound Blaster Live PCI audio family from the late 1990s and early 2000s.
