G3 Hardware/Software products purchased in the U.S. or Canada are covered under G3?s Lifetime Parts Replacement (including labor for the installation of such part or replacement) and G3?s Lifetime Technical Support. G3 may offer different delivery methods for warranty service, including but not limited to parts and product dispatches, mail-in service and in-home service.
Software:
You are entitled to software warranty according to the terms and conditions of this documents. If a notice of Piracy or Copyright Infringement ever comes up for the Legal Copy of the Software/OS installed in the G3 Hardware, G3 is obligated to provide a Legal Copy at no cost for which Software was not Legally Registered/Activated, not including Software/OS installed by the End-User. The Legal Copy of Microsoft Windows installed on G3 Hardware can also be validated through the Microsoft Genuine Check at All copies of Microsoft Windows installed on G3 Hardware are activated though Volume Licensing provided by Microsoft which does not include COA(Certificate of Authentication).
Parts and Labor:
You are entitled to hardware warranty service according to the terms and conditions of this document if a repair to your G3 Hardware Product is required due to the manifestation of a defect in materials and workmanship within the Limited Warranty Period. G3 will, at its option, repair or replace any component or hardware product that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period if G3 receives notice from you, the end-user customer, of the manifestation of such a defect during the Limited Warranty Period. Unless otherwise stated, and to the extent permitted by local law, new G3 Hardware Products may be manufactured using new materials or new and used materials functionally equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
To the extent consistent with local law, (a) G3 Hardware Products presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished G3 Hardware Products of the same type rather than being repaired and (b) refurbished parts may be used to repair G3 Hardware Products. (c) replaced or repaired G3 Hardware Products will be functionally equivalent in performance and reliability to original products that have been discontinued. Unless otherwise expressly required by local law, if these replaced or repaired G3 Hardware Products or parts manifest a defect in materials or workmanship (1) during the ninety (90) days following their repair and/or replacement, or (2) during the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period of the G3 Hardware Product they are replacing or in which they are installed, G3 warrants that it will again repair or replace these G3 Hardware Products or parts.
All component parts or hardware products removed under this G3 Limited Warranty become the property of G3 unless otherwise stipulated by applicable local law. In the unlikely event that your G3 Hardware Product has recurring failures or G3 determines it is unable to repair or replace the G3 Hardware Product, G3, at its option, may elect to provide you with (a) a replacement unit selected by G3 that is the same or functionally equivalent to your G3 Hardware Product in performance or (b) to give you a refund or credit of your purchase price or lease payments (less interest) instead of a replacement. To the extent permitted by local law, this is your exclusive remedy for defective products.
Some states or countries do not allow the above exclusion or limitation, so this exclusion and limitation may be limited in its application to you.
Disputes arising out of this G3 Limited Warranty or relating to your purchase of the G3 Hardware Products subject to this G3 Limited Warranty?whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, or any other legal theory?are governed by the law of the country and state, province, or territory in which you currently reside, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Limitation of Liability:
G3 Technologies will not be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, lost value or lost sales (whether such profits, savings, value or sales are direct, indirect, consequential or of any other nature), lost or corrupted data or software, loss of use of system(s) or network(s), or the recovery of such data, systems(s) or network(s), loss of business opportunity, business interruption or downtime, loss of goodwill or reputation, software not being available for use or the procurement of substitute software or goods, incidental, indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this EULA under any theory of liability even if advised or aware of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this EULA, G3?s total liability for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this EULA and/or the software shall not exceed the greater of either: a) the total amount received by dell for the applicable software license during the twelve month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose or b) the amount received by dell for the specific hardware on which the particular software was loaded.
What is not covered by this Lifetime Hardware/Software Warranty?
This limited hardware warranty does not cover:
  • Software, including without limitation, the operating system and software added to the hardware products through our factory-integration system, third-party software or the reloading of software

Problems that result from:
  • External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.
  • Servicing not authorized by G3.
  • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.
  • Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
  • Problems caused by using accessories, parts or components not supplied by a named brand.
  • Products with missing or altered service tags or serial numbers.
  • Products for which G3 has not received payment.
  • Normal wear and tear.

Return Policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If the 30 days? timeframe have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Order Cancellations:
  1. You may cancel your purchase at any time before shipment, however, due to the custom nature of G3 Technologies, cancellations made after five (5) calendar days from date of purchase will be subject to fees equal to the price of such customizations.

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
  1. If you haven?t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
