What is this? The Great Grade Scale
Some might say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but here at Refurbees we want to give you a better idea of our standards. The A-D grade system is the typical guideline in the peripherals industry. Each grade denotes the quality of a refurbished product or device from high to low. Refurbished products are graded based upon level of cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, scuffs, and other marks as well as the extent to which the product had been previously used.

Any other parts, components, accessories, power cords, cables, adapters, manuals, etc. are not included unless otherwise pictured or explicitly stated in the product details. We are not responsible for compatibility issues, so when in doubt, please confirm with the product manufacturer or refer to the manufacturer's website.

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, RefurBees ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.
All items are covered by Verified Systems Solutions, Inc. standard 30-day warranty.
Customers may return an item for repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of the purchase date if the item fails to operate due to hardware malfunction. We are not responsible for malfunctions caused by user operation of software installed post sale. Included batteries of any kind, including laptop batteries, are not covered by this warranty, but may be returned for proper reuse or recycling with equipment that is returned for the above-mentioned reasons.
In the event of a return due to item malfunction, we will attempt to repair the malfunction; if the malfunction cannot be repaired, we will properly recycle the unit and replace with a unit of identical or comparable specifications. if the item cannot be replaced, we will refund the purchase price. We are not obligated to take any action other than those listed above in the event of a return. We are not responsible for any loss of time, data, or funds that you may incur or believe you may have incurred as a result of purchasing or using one of our products.
