Known issue
The keyboard ribbon cable connector broke completely off the motherboard.
Prior to the keyboard connector breaking, the motherboard was fully functional with no other known issues. After the connector broke off, the laptop would no longer power on without the keyboard connected.
The motherboard has not been repaired or recently tested. It is being sold strictly as FOR PARTS OR REPAIR and should be purchased by someone experienced with motherboard repair, component-level repair, or micro soldering.
Repairing the keyboard connector may or may not restore functionality. No guarantee is made that the broken connector is the only current issue.
