Crossflow-No CompromiseTube Routing
Screws are included and the radiator is compatible with standard 25x120mm fans. EK's recommendation is to use EK or other fans with sealed-edge frames.
Modular plugs and adapters are set in the end caps, interchangeable and configurable by the user allowing for easy tube routing. This multiport radiator has four G1/4“ connection ports on each end, combining for sixteen unique possible In and Out connection configurations.
M4 Screws –Easy to Find,Standardized
Hard-wearing black round-headedM4 Philips screws are included. EK suggests using the included screws to avoid any damage to the radiator. However, M4 screw compatibility allows the use of longer screws if necessary. The cooling core will cause no damage to the structural radiator core even longer screws are used - they will simply collide with the fins.
Easy Disassembly – Modding Dream
The EK-Quantum Surface was designed and asa modular product instead of individually sized radiators. This achieves immaculate fitment and appearance continuity while simultaneously making disassembly process incredibly simple. EK has always endeavored to support the DIY modding community, so painting or modifying the radiator will be very easy.
Loop Friendly – Your Pump Will Thank You
The radiators were designed with low flow restriction in mind, so as to minimize stress on the cooling loop. This enables the addition of multiple radiators to a cooling loop utilizing only a single pump (D5 or DDC)! Because the radiators are low-restriction and airflow-friendly , lower fan speed may achieve superior performance.Minimal airflow restrictionallows the case to stay well ventilated so other components can breathe properly.
EK-Matrix7 Compatible – For Clean Tube Runs
Since the finest custom liquid-cooling loops are built from EK products, the finest aesthetics and ease of use is achieved when all parts of the system are compatible. To this purpose EK designed Matrix7, a standardization system for products’ dimensions, port positioning and spacing. This makes liquid cooling loop assembly more intuitive than ever, and achieving clean, parallel tubing runs are a cinch.
All EK-Quantum Surface radiators are EK-Matrix7 compatible, allowing them to integrate perfectlywith Reflection²,the second generation of Quantum distro plates. The user can easily swap and upgrade radiator models inside the same case, as long as the case has space for a thicker radiator model.
