Please Note: The original retail box has water damage. The printer itself was not affected by the water damage.
The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 is a wireless all-in-one inkjet printer built for home offices and small workgroups that need printing, copying, scanning, and faxing from a single compact machine. Its black housing pairs a 2.7-inch color touchscreen on the front panel with a 250-sheet front paper tray and a 30-sheet output tray, keeping everyday document handling simple and space efficient on a desk or shelf. At the core of the design is Epson PrecisionCore Heat-Free Technology, which fires DURABrite Ultra pigment inks through a precision printhead to deliver sharp, smudge-resistant, and highlighter-friendly text alongside vibrant color graphics at up to 4800 x 2400 dpi. Because the print process uses no heat to fuse ink, the WF-3820 starts printing quickly and draws less power than comparable laser models, a practical advantage for offices that print frequently throughout the day. Automatic two-sided printing reduces paper use on reports, contracts, and handouts, while the 35-page automatic document feeder moves multi-page originals through the scanner and copier without manual page turning. The flatbed scanner relies on a contact image sensor with 1200 dpi optical resolution and 48-bit color depth for clean digital archives of receipts, forms, and photos. The scanner glass accepts originals up to 8.5 x 11.7 inches, while the feeder handles legal-size pages up to 8.5 x 14 inches. Built-in fax handles outgoing and incoming documents with up to 180 pages of fax memory, and Secure Data Erase helps protect sensitive information stored on the device.
