Product Quality Guide - Brand New: A brand-new, unused, unopened item in its original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. Original protective wrapping, if applicable, is intact. The original manufacturer'swarranty, if any, still applies.
- New / Open Box: An item in perfect working condition. The original protective wrapping may be missing. The original packaging may have minor damage, or the item may come repackaged. All accessories are present.
- Used: The item shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in good condition and works perfectly. It may be marked, have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use.
- Parts Only: The item does not work as expected, and may or may not be complete in parts and pieces. Sold As-Is for parts or repair. Returns are not accepted.
Shipping Details - All of our orders are shipped the same or the next business day.
- We ship most of our packages via FedEx Ground.
- Smaller packages may be shipped with USPS First Class or economy.
- We offer local pickup for specific items, which must be scheduled by appointment.
Payment Details - Supported payments by and PayPal are the only acceptable payment method. We ship to confirmed buyers' addresses verified by PayPal.

Return Policy- We accept returns on all items that qualify for our 30 Day Warranty. We will pay return shipping for any item that is defective, damaged, or misrepresented in our listing. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded once the return is delivered and inspected.
- If you have a problem with our product please call us before opening a case we will resolve it. Opening a case against us whether resolved or not still hurts our quality rating and costs us money with for higher listing fees. Most of our cases turn out to be consumer errors or not fully understanding the description prior to purchase.
- Returns are not accepted on items sold for "Parts Only".
AssetManagement- We assign all of our items with unique asset tags that match our inventory system and track what items we ship out with the part number, serial number, and item condition with parts/peripherals.
- All returns must match the asset tag assigned to the order to be eligible for a full exchange/refund.
Store Hours - Our store hours are 9am to 4pm Monday-Friday. We do monitor questions over the weekend but in some cases, it may be the following business day for a response.
