It needs recurring fees. Comet Q is hardware: plug in to control, unplug to disconnect. No target-side software, no background process. It works even when the target is asleep, locked, or logged out — access is at hardware level, not OS level. 【Typical Use Cases】 Remote family — wake and control a parent's or Mac for apps and settings Headless server management — access a Mac mini or mini PC with no monitor Kiosk & digital signage — control locked-down devices that can't have software installed Travel tech kit — one 78.5g device replaces multiple cables and software licenses Secure remote work — access office computers through encrypted tunnels without opening firewall ports"
