• 1 Print Your Design

  Load the film into your DTF printer, printable side facing the printheads. Print your design using standard water-based DTF inks (CMYK + White). Important: print on the printable side only — do not print on the gold-coated side. No changes to your ink setup are needed — the gold effect is in the film coating, not the ink.

• 2 Apply Adhesive Powder

  While the ink is still wet, apply DTF adhesive powder evenly over the printed design. Shake off excess. The film's coating ensures powder bonds only to ink-covered areas — no stray speckling on unprinted zones.

• 3 Cure the Design

  Pass the film through your DTF dryer or curing oven until the powder is fully melted. The gold foil coating is heat-stable. Cure at 230°–260°F until the powder reaches a "sugar glaze" appearance.

• 4 Heat Press onto Garment

  Position the cured film on the garment, printed side down. Press at 284–302°F (140–150°C) for 8–10 seconds at medium pressure (approx. 4–5 bar). Even pressure is critical for consistent glow activation across the full design area.

• 5 Cold Peel

  After pressing, wait 8–10 seconds for the transfer to cool slightly before peeling. Peel the carrier film slowly and evenly for a clean, complete release. This is a cold peel film. For maximum durability, press a second time for 5 seconds with a finishing sheet or parchment paper after peeling.

• 6 Store Unused Film Correctly

  Reseal unused film in its original packaging immediately. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and humidity. Do not bend, crease, or apply pressure to stored rolls. Keep away from high humidity and extreme temperatures.
