It comes as shown. It is tested and has a clean install of windows 10 pro with office. The touch screen does work. So what it does need is a key replaced on the keyboard and it needs a battery. It does not come with a charger. This is a decent looking laptop if someone would put a little parts into it to make it finished. This is sold as is, no returns or refunds.
