HP Control Panel 5851-5952 *FOR PARTS* #TL-35

Tried connecting unit to power but would not turn on, come to find out it is missing keyboard (maybe the reason for why it is not turning on) screen is in good condition no cracks along with whole unit just small blemishes comes with instructions manual & in box NOT TESTED
